Today I read an AOL news story on the use of hand sanitizers. To be sure that your hand sanitizer is really killing germs make sure your sanitizer contains more than 60% alcohol product this includes ethyl and isopropanol. Also make sure you use a palm sized portion and rub your hands together for 20-30 seconds each time covering the backs of your hands and in between your fingers. Stay clean and avoid the flu!

Today I wore a red and grey shirt that I have had for YEARS. Most of my friends probably think "wow she is wearing that shirt again." And you know what? yes I am. This is one of my favorite shirts, it is a turtle neck with short sleeves. It keeps me warm and it has some great detail. Some details include the grey and red bows and a key hole on the back of the neck. Also the colors of the shirt make it seem so timeless. The color combination is out of the norm making it never go out of style. I will wear this shirt until it is damaged I am sure! :)
