Anna Sui.


Today I wore a new Anna Sui for Target shirt. I love this shirt because it is unlike any of the other shirts that I own. It is black with a great lace collar and puff sleeves with a silver and black trim. I wore it with purple cord. pants today but I am sure you could pair it with jeans for a more casual look or a skirt to dress it up. It is really cute and I think I only spent about $8 on it. I love finding purchases like this at Target. It is great being able to find a unique shirt even at a store like Target. :)

Wintertime Dress.

Today I wore a summer dress that I got on sale at the end of the season at Target. I love this dress because it isn't JUST a summer dress. It can be worn in the winter too! And that is exactly what I did today. I paired it with a black sweater, black tights, and boots! All I had to do was throw on my pea coat and I was out the door. It looks cute and it makes my legs look super long! Like I think I have said before, don't throw your summer dresses into the back of your closet. Put them on with lots of layers (my favorite winter time word)! Yes layers layers layers. You can wear a shirt underneath or a sweater or jacket on top! And if it is reallly cold wear knit tights, a scarve, and gloves! The goal here isn't to cover the dress but to match basics with it to make it really stand out in the gloominess of winter. So.. give it a shot! :)

Maroon.




I am feeling so much better today! I even decided to wear a dress. I chose to bring back a gray dress that I haven't worn in a while! I matched it with a basic black sweater and maroon leggings. I also wore a silhouette pendant that I bought at a craft store and put on a ribbon to make a necklace!

I am doing lots and lots of homework and projects trying to get my grades up before the close of the semester. I am glad that Wednesday is basically over, I love Thursdays! :)

Still Sick.



I am still sick with an obnoxious sore throat. I've been really busy with classes, projects, studying, and homework that I haven't found any leftover time to rest. Of course I could be resting right now but I would much rather do this!

Today I wore a red terry sweatshirt. I love the color which is odd because I usually don't like red. It is also very comfortable and it fits me perfectly. I believe the sweatshirt came from the Fabulous Finds section on Forever21.com. They had many colors but I decided to go with red for a change. It isnt too heavy, but it isn't too light. It goes perfectly under my heavier jackets and still keeps me warm while I am sitting in class and in my room. :)
