New Years Eve.

Hello all. The weather has been really nice today so I was able to take quite a few photos. I decided to wear one of my new dresses which is more of a summer dress but with some layers it was perfect for New Years Eve. I wore the black floral dress with a white long sleeve top underneath it. I then wore my black sweater over it and a purple scarf for a little color. I also wore my favorite polka dot tights which unfortunately look like they will rip soon! I also wore my poor gray boots again. I just can't get enough of them! I hope everyone has a happy and healthy new year! I plan to do some great things with my blog in 2011 so please check back. :)

Red Lion Inn.

As usual my grandparents took my cousins and myself to the Red Lion Inn in Massachusetts for a nice lunch. Today my brother tagged along since my older cousin is out of town for the week! It was fun we ate good food and took a bunch of funny photos around the Inn. My favorite photos are the ones we took with the lion head (you can ignore my crazy face) and also the ones we took in the phone booths. I tried really hard to get a few decent shots of my outfit but only a few came out okay. I wore a green striped dress with a new black sweater which I recently purchased from Target. I actually found it in the children's department (love those prices)! I also wore a new pair of brown boots which I have been dying to wear for a while now. They have a heel and I do not particularly like to wear them while I am out and about or at work! But I hope you had a great day and thank you for reading! :)

Gloomy!

It is so gloomy and gross outside. It is a tad on the warmer side today which is nice because I was able to take my time taking a few different photos. I wore a comfortable yet chic look today for a day filled with shopping. I decided to wear basic black leggings and a dress because it is easy to change out of yet I am able to try on tops with my leggings rather than trying on tops with just a pair of tights! I also love this dress because it gives a great pop of bright pink but is still very comfortable. I also wore my favorite grey cardigan with a fun tiger print detail. Of course I had to throw on a scarf as well because I always feel naked in the winter without one! And my grey boots bottomed off the outfit. Unfortunately the boots have holes in the soles but I refuse to throw them out until I find a sufficient pair to replace them! I hope you are doing well and thanks for reading! :)

Back into the swing of things.

Hello all my lovely readers! I am trying to get back into the swing of things with my blog! I will be updating regularly as I had been doing before the holidays! I didn't wear an exciting look today because I went shopping and therefore wanted to wear separates. I have been working on organizing my room while I am home and it has kept me quite busy. I received a sewing machine for Christmas so I have been trying to figure out how to work my way around it! I also was given a new clothes rack so I have been working on reorganizing my closet as well as all my accessories. Well, today I wore a look which many of you have probably seen before it is a Paris t-shirt from Heritage 1981, jeans from H&M, and my favorite purple scarf. I have been slowly working in new items into my wardrobe especially the things I will be buying with the gift cards I was given! I hope you had a great holiday season and thanks for reading! I am only 25 (edit- 24 :( aw man) followers away from my giveaway! :)

Merry Christmas Eve.

Hello all! I apologize for my sporadic posting but it is most definitely hectic holiday time. I have been working a lot and I have been busy during the day! You haven't missed too many fantastic looks and I will be sure to post as much as I can. My intention was to dress up today but instead I decided to go comfy with jeans since my family may go bowling later on. I wore a plaid blazer to try and be a little festive. I will certainly have a few good looks (I hope) in the next few days but I am unsure as to when I will be able to post them.

< I figured I would show you photos of my Christmas tree this year. It is a white tree with all my favorite pink/black/silver ornaments on it! I have a few pig ornaments since that is my favorite animal along with other various ornaments which are my favorites! Have a good Christmas! :)

Q&A.

Hello all! I made a video today due to my lack of finding good photos to post. This video was shot on the first try which I was very thankful for. Sorry if I am speaking quietly! Basically I answered all the questions you have asked me via comments, formspring, and email. There were not too many questions and I would like to make another video so please ask me some more! Have a good day! :)

Snow fall.

I took photos outside today. Unfortunately it was a little late and the photos kept coming out dark. I decided to stick with the photos anyway. I wore a solid blue dress over a white long sleeve t-shirt. I also wore a black cardigan on top which you cannot see because it is under my jacket. I also wore my new scarf and hat which I received from my boyfriend for our anniversary which was yesterday. He also made me a cake! It was yummy and he did a great job!

I love houndstooth anything and my boyfriend definitely hit the spot with this scarf and hat. I don't have anything like it and I am trying to build up my hat collection anyway and this is a perfect edition. I wore my plain leather boots because they were the best I had besides snow boots for trekking around my yard. I went back outside to take my last shot which you see I may not be wearing my hat but I wanted to show you how I rolled my sleeves. Hopefully tomorrows photos will be much brighter but this will due for now! Thanks so much for reading! :)

Three Years!

Hello everyone. Thanks for staying tuned while I took a short break for the holidays! Well, today is my three year anniversary of dating with my boyfriend Ben! We are hopefully going to do something special later to celebrate. I decided to dress warmly by wearing a pair of leggings with one of my favorite tunic tops under a blue slouchy shirt. I wore lots of layers and it is very comfortable! I wore a really cool outfit tomorrow to a family Christmas party. I will hopefully take some photos of it during the week this week! I also hope to get outside but it depends on the weather.  I am only 28 followers away from my giveaway and I know I will get there eventually! Thank you for reading! :)

Winter Stripes.

I wore jeans today (boring, I know) because I had to do some major unpacking. Unpacking included doing the tons of laundry I brought home as well as cleaning my room before I could put things away. I still have a lot of work to do as far as Christmas shopping, wrapping gifts, going to work, unpacking, and much more! Besides for  wearing my favorite jeans from H&M I wore a striped shirt which I left home all of first semester. The stripes went perfectly with my gold cardigan and my purple paisley scarf. I would definitely consider this look a dressed down outfit. I have so many nice looks I want to wear but I have nothing to do but sit home and go to work. I think I will start dressing up a tad more. Of course its hard because I always find myself doing things like cleaning or baking which require me to wear a dressed down look. Well enough of my rant! Thanks for reading. :)

Finally home.

Thanks you to all my readers for hanging in there while I finished up my semester. I made it home safely and am now trying to figure out how I am going to do my blog photos! I tried a new set-up tonight but I will hopefully be messing around and making it much better! Still working on a way to fix the lighting and get my whole body in the shot! I also hope to do a few outdoor posts in the freezing cold! As for today I went comfy for my ride home and my last exam. I wore my Hue Corduroy leggings which are my favorite even though I received plenty of strange looks on campus this morning. I want to try wearing these leggings with a shirt tucked in with the hopes that they may look like disco pants which I recently saw on the American Apparel website. But for today I wore a striped top and a comfy white scarf! Also threw on my boots to complete the look! Two pairs of army/olive green pants are on there way to my house and I can't wait to try the look. I have been searching for a fabulous pair for a while and my wonderful sponsor Jake Jeans is sending me a few pairs to try out! Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more posts! :)
