Birthday - Pink & Blue.

Today is my 19th birthday! It is very snowy here today at school, and I really wanted to wear my new boots but I opted not to and went with the snow boots. Well today I wore a blue and white striped dress which I have had for a while but only wear every now and then. I paired it with black basics a sweater and tights and then a hot pink scarf for some flair! :)
