Halloween.
Happy Halloween to all my lovely readers! Because it was absolutely freezing today and it snowed I finally tried to configure a way to take photos in my room. I will only use this as a last resort if I can't take them elsewhere in my building. I figured that this is better than nothing though I was really starting to get in to the outdoor photos.
Of course today I wore typical Halloween colors black and orange. I wore a plain black dress with a DIY orange scarf and orange tights. I also through on my black leather boots as well. Such a simple look but perfect for Halloween on a Sunday. Thanks for reading I hope for some great posts this week! :)

All things Paris.
Hello to all my amazing readers! If you haven't noticed I have quite the obsession with all things Paris. I went to France when I was a junior in high school and I absolutely loved it. I can't wait to get back there some day. My room at home and here at school is decked out with Paris posters and things that remind me of my trip. As you may have also seen I have several Paris shirts. I can't help it I just really love the Eiffel tower. I love Parisian patterns and black and white items that are chic. I have the biggest obsession ever when it comes to black and white things and often with a splash of pink. If you are wondering why I don't look thrilled in some of my photos it is because I was freezing my butt off!
Today I wore a new Paris t-shirt. I have been waiting all week to throw on a pair of jeans with this top. Because my knees are so bruised from last weeks fall I have only been able to wear tights/leggings because they stretch enough not to hurt my bruises. I was finally able to throw on a pair of stretchy jeans today. And of course there is no better day then a casual Saturday to wear my new Paris shirt. I threw on one my of favorites scarves for a bit of color and warmth as well. Lastly, I decided to wear my gray boots. I have really wanted to wear a pair of cute flats today but it is just too cold here. I want to thank everyone for the amazing feedback on my posts lately and especially to my new followers! :)

Comfy Chic.
Today I wore a truly comfy chic look. I started by choosing a jersey gray dress that is I think one of the most versatile dresses in my closet. I then chose to wear my black leggings and boots. I also threw on my pink cardigan for a pop of color. So comfy yet with a few necklaces to dress it up I think everything came together quite well. I layered m favorite pouch necklace from Aldo Accessories with a mixed bead necklace from Target that also has a splash of pink in it. Thanks for reading and a big thanks to all my new followers! :)
Just a sneak peek of the one outfit shot I took yesterday and neglected to post! It was the only shot and didn't come out to well. I know some people (my mom) are always curious as to what I wore when I don't post it!

The perfect fit & Old soles.
It was way too windy today to take photos outdoors. I am sure that my tripod would have blown over if I had attempted to push my way through the wind and into the woods to take a few shots. Instead I figured this would be the perfect moment to share with you a few photos from last weeks trip to the museum! I saw two exhibits at the Albany Institute of Art and History the first was titled 'The Perfect Fit' and the second 'Old Soles.' Both exhibits were really cool but I especially liked the first one. The first exhibit was basically a bunch of really cool shoes made from different mediums or shoes molded in to different sculptures. The Old Soles exhibit was more of a 'history of the shoe' sort of display. I enjoyed both and I want to go back and visit again over Thanksgiving break. I had a really hard time choosing photos to show you so I chose a ton I hope you are okay with that! :)

Will this week ever end?
I don't think this week will ever end. I have a huge test Friday morning that I have been studying for all night. I also have three readings due tomorrow that I haven't started yet. The weather has been super nice here lately. I was able to wear a light sweater today and I still managed to be warm while walking across campus to class. Since I had my speech today I decided to dress up a little and where my new heels.
I chose to wear my new green dress today because well it is new and who doesn't like to wear new clothes. I got it for quite the steal at Target. I have so many new items that I need to feature on my other blog but just haven't had the time to. I am racking up the photos on my computer of these items and I will put them up eventually I promise. I wore my new dress over a plain pair of black tights and a pair of knee socks scrunched down at my ankles for a little extra volume under my strappy heels. I also layered on two necklaces because it was too warm to wear a scarf. I threw on my black cardigan and I was ready to go! Thanks for reading. :)

A little early for Halloween.
I somehow ended up wearing Halloween colors today. With my orange scarf and black tights I had a perfect Halloween ensemble. Not sure why I didn't wait for Sunday but I am sure i'll pick something else Halloween themed to wear on Sunday. Snapped a few photos today before my first class. I like not having class until 12. It is so nice to have Golf over with.
I wore a grey patterned dress today and a DIY scarf that I made last fall. I also wore my black tights and flats because it was super warm out today and I didn't even really need to wear a jacket. It was so nice. I think they are just trying to tease us before it snows again! My main focus behind this look was to incorporate fall colors and wear something comfortable for an easy going warm day of studying and relaxing. Thanks for reading. :)
